Curtis Mase is board certified in civil trial law by the Florida Bar and is the Managing Shareholder and the founding attorney of Mase Lara Eversole. His main area of practice is civil litigation with an emphasis on personal injury, commercial litigation, maritime and admiralty, class actions, and labor law. He has tried hundreds of jury and non-jury matters.

Born in Coral Gables, Florida, Mr. Mase earned his B.A. with a dual major in English and Business from Florida State University in 1982. He graduated from Florida State University College of Law, with honors, in 1984. While in law school he was a member of the Moot Court and the Journal of Land Use and Environmental Law.

Mr. Mase has served as National coordinating counsel for a publicly traded company in connection with nationwide class action litigation, and has successfully tried class actions on behalf of the firm’s clients. In addition to his trial practice, Mr. Mase has argued numerous appeals in both state and federal court, including the Florida Supreme Court. Mr. Mase has written and lectured on a number of subjects including trial practice and procedure, evidence and admiralty and maritime law.
