A native of Miami, Daniel Mojena earned his B.A. from Florida International University in 2004.  Mr. Mojena received his J.D. from the Florida State University College of Law in 2008.  While a student at FIU Mr. Mojena was a member of the Spanish American Law Student Association and held the position of Secretary.  During the Spring 2007 Legislative Session he served as Legislative Aide for Senator Alex Villalobos and volunteered at the Florida Department of Children and Families during the Spring of 2008.  He stays actively involved with the community by volunteering to feed the homeless and working with the inner city youth.  Mr. Mojena is fluent in Spanish.
