A native of Miami, Patricia Moghari joined Mase Lara Eversole, as a certified paralegal in 2000. Patricia received her A.A. in Education from Miami-Dade Community College in 1992. She entered into the legal profession in 1994, and went on to earn her A.S. in Paralegal/Legal Assistance studies from Santa-Fe Community College in 1996.

Patricia received her national credential as a / from the National Association of Legal Assistants in 1997, became a Florida Registered Paralegal in 2008 and completed her Advanced Paralegal Certification-Discovery in 2009 and is qualified to provide certified legal assistant/certified paralegal services.  In August 2009, Patricia was promoted to the position of Paralegal Manager.  As Paralegal Manager, Patricia assists with reviewing the balance of case distribution and the interviewing and training process of paralegals.

Her legal experience includes civil litigation, admiralty & maritime law, personal injury, medical malpractice, products liability, commercial litigation, real estate, worker’s compensation and corporate law.
